Transportation is available for IHC members that have transportation barriers. Transportation is arranged by your care team. If you have difficulty arriving to your appointments because of transportation, ask your provider to request IHC transportation for you.
Transportation services are available Monday through Friday for appointments that are between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Transportation is available for IHC pediatric patients. If the child requires a car seat it must be provided by the family. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How to make an Appointment
Transportation is available only for IHC members for IHC medical, dental, nutrition, and counseling appointments. Transportation is also available for IHC community events and non-IHC specialty appointments that your medical provider has referred
Your care team will arrange transportation with the Transportation Coordinator, upon your request. If you have a question about an existing transportation appointment, you may contact Loretta Monteros at extension 2661.
The Indian Health Center transportation is only for IHC members. If you have difficulty getting to your appointments because of lack of transportation, talk to the provider that you are seeing at IHC to arrange transportation with through the IHC transportation program.
Insurance and Payments Accepted
IHC Transportation is free of cost.
